The Elite Football Rehab Conference will be held in the auditorium of the Indiana State Museum in Indianapolis, Indiana. The networking event will run from 6-9pm on Saturday at the NCAA Hall of Champions. NFL Combine is held nearby at Lucas Oil Stadium. Admission to the combine is free.
Lodging
We have secured a room block at the Courtyard by Marriott, Indianapolis Downtown for $199 per night (plus applicable taxes) for attendees at the conference. The block is for Thursday and Friday nights, departing on Saturday after the conference. The conference hotel is directly across the street from the conference location and the networking event. The room block is limited, and rooms are available on a first come first served basis. If you tried to book a room but the block is full, let us know via email (below) and we will try to add more rooms to the block (this is the only way we would know that it is sold out). We will keep doing this until the hotel sells out.
Room block closes on January 30, 2026. No discounts will be provided if booking after that date.
Getting Around
The conference hotel is attached to the system of indoor pathways that connect the majority of downtown hotels, restaurants, shops, and the convention center. Although Lucas Oil Stadium is also connected to the same system, that indoor entrance is only open to credentialed NFL staff during the combine. If you decide to attend any of the combine, you will need to walk outside to get to the main entrance for the public on the north side of the stadium.
